Paramount+ is incredibly aggressive regarding where you can manage your billing. If you subscribed to the service as an "Add-On Channel" through Amazon Prime, Apple TV, or your Roku stick, you are completely locked out of managing your billing on the official Paramount+ website.
Find your specific billing provider below to stop the charge before your next cycle.
Method 1: Amazon Prime Video Channels
If you normally access Paramount+ inside the primary Amazon Prime Video app, Amazon is handling your billing.
- Open a web browser and log into Amazon.com.
- Hover over "Accounts & Lists" in the top right and click Memberships & Subscriptions.
- Locate Prime Video Channels.
- Find Paramount+ in the list and click Cancel Channel.
Method 2: Apple (iPhone or Apple TV)
If you downloaded the app on your iPhone and hit the side button twice to pay with FaceID, Apple controls the subscription.
Open iOS Settings
Open the primary "Settings" app on your iPhone or iPad.
Tap Your Name
Tap your Apple ID profile at the very top of the screen.
Cancel
Tap Subscriptions, select Paramount+, and hit the red Cancel Subscription button.

If you created your account directly on your Roku TV using your Roku PIN.
- Go to your Roku Home Screen.
- Use the D-pad to hover over the Paramount+ icon.
- Press the Asterisk (*) button on your physical remote.
- Select Manage Subscription from the pop-up menu.
- Click Cancel Subscription and confirm.
Method 4: ParamountPlus.com Direct
