Fabletics operates on a highly unique (and controversial) business model. When you buy your first discounted pair of leggings, you are enrolled as a "VIP." This means that every single month, Fabletics will charge you $59.95 unless you explicitly press a "Skip The Month" button.
In the past, Fabletics was famous for forcing members to call a retention hotline just to quit. Due to massive FTC pressure regarding "Click to Cancel" rules, they have finally added a digital button—but they hide it well.
How to Cancel Online
Log into a Desktop Computer
Many users report that the cancellation button routinely "glitches" or disappears on the mobile app. To be safe, navigate to fabletics.com on a Mac or PC.
Open Account Settings
Hover over your profile icon and click My Account.
Navigate to Membership
Click on the Membership tab on the left-hand settings pane.
Click Cancel Membership
Scroll down past the massive buttons asking you to "Skip The Month." Look for a small text link at the very bottom that says Cancel Membership.
Decline All Offers
You are not done yet. Fabletics will hit you with at least two screens offering you massive discounts, store credit, or 3-month pauses. Click "No thanks, cancel my membership" on every screen until you get a final confirmation email.
Alternative: The Live Chat Bypass
If you cannot find the button, do not call them. Open the Live Chat bubble in the bottom right corner of the website. Simply type: "Please immediately cancel my VIP membership. Do not offer me pauses or discounts."
Customer service agents are legally required to honor this direct text request under current US consumer protection guidelines.
